When I saw it I said no fuk'n way because I already wrote it off.I ws fuk'n pissed my wife lost it but then I cooled down I said accidents happen and then there it was. Its weird because I looked there and I didnt see it then but hours later I get up and omg there it is.

Fuzo, get it as a scheduled item on your homeowner's insurance if you have homeowner's, or even if your in an apartment you can cover it with whatever you have insured separately, but you have to get an appraisal first so you can validate it if it gets loose again. It doesnt cost as much as you might think..
ive got home owners and all my jewelry is insured its all good and its been appraised a few times in 16 years

A standard homeowners policy comes with around $1,000 jewlery coverage and raising that amount to 5 or 10 thousand to cover assorted jewlery is okay but an item like that you will want to list on a "personal article floater" is the insurance term which often is referred to as a rider or schedlued item. The beauty of this is that the rider also covers mysterious disappearance. It would otherwise would need to be paid out due to a "covered peril" (fire, theft...).
