You can't make this shyt up. Had to go to hospital for an ECG to make doc happy. Hit gym up to do legs. Dude looking like a David Soul throwback with the combover going on stretching on hack machine so I did leg extensions first. I'm watching Hutch with his muscle shirt on do 4 sets with a 10 lb plate on each side. The muscleheads are all staring like really? Dude looks around like he just set a personal record. I'm just like dude hurry the **** up. I'm waiting to go to war with 650 on that thing you ****nut!!!

almost started to feel bad like maybe he isn't well or something but he was curling 25 lb dbs and when he was done he looked in the mirror and flexed his arm hard and looked it up and down and smiled. gawd, i was like train, eat and go home bro. flexing your 11 inch guns in this gym ain't gonna get you nowhere. you start squatting heavy and throwing some weight around on the shoulder press and bench press you'll make progress but 20 pound hack squats ???? dude you just curled more than that. lmaoYou may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.
