I went to the meat market and got some jalapeno brats, they only make them during the summer and they are freaking awesome. also got some ground ribeye (yes i ground up rib eye, try it, its greatness) for burgers

i wont bore you with the veggies and sides as they dont matter. its the meat that matters

fixing to crank it up..chicken...steak kabobs...boudan...shrimp ..and some other stuff...gonna be eatin on this for a week..

Same here! I told my family it was like the never ending BBQ, it seemed we were always eating!

We had steaks one night, chicken one night and hamburgers one night, I am going to have to REALLY work out hard this week to make up for all this eating! (especially since we ended each meal with s mores!) YUM!

Yeah, i pigged out wayyy too much this weekend, and throwing in about a case of beer for the entire weekend wasn't to smart either, BUT it was a legitimate reason and i am back on track! did super sets tonite with squats front and back, deads with shrugs included and step up's 135lb x 140 reps total! light weight but sweated my ass off! felt great! Hope all had a great holiday weekend with family and friends! and finished my last meal of the day with a huge piece of grilled chicken!

hey...who is this??!! were you at our lake this weekend?? we did the exact same thing...shmores and all, lol (i didnt partake in the shmores....past experience proved to me that shmores and coors light clash in taste!!)
