That's the title of this article and it is what the wife of the murdered veteran former marine asked the cops, along with "why did you kill him." This is a disgrace but sadly it is more and more common these days. Hard to believe this is happening in the U.S. So much for the 4th Amendment and cops having to have warrants. The news in AZ has been airing the story so we'll see what happens. I doubt any murder convictions will come about though.
