  • Daughter's Graduation Day!!!

It's my little girl's big K-grtn graduation today! Caps & Gowns, the whole 9...I'm so proud!
She was top 3 in her AR group (Advanced Reading). The teacher told my wife that she sent 1 of her writings in to the ST Capital (school board div.) of course, but to show where a 5-6 yr-old kindergartener should be.
& she kinda struggled with the main-ideas of storys for a little bit because she just doesn't pay cllose enough attention. She's an "A" personality Scorpio just like her grandaddy, my pops. Thick skull. & they know best. period.

But, I'm so damn proud! I haven't been able to sleep.
I know everybody’s child is has they areas they excel in. “Little Timmy is so smart.”…like my bros ex-gf’s son. He is 3. He sounds & walks like Hayden did when she was just crossin 12-14months. Dead serious. & noticed it early on in kid stores, getting groceries whatever…& there’d be another child around her age. It was crazy at the dialect and maturity difference. One thing most of the grandmothers, aunt, great grands think is that by us not baby talking her. Talking to her like a little human being that’s absorbing everything she hears. They feel that’s the difference. & I do hear young parents talking to their 2yr old like he’s a new-born. Makes sense.

Pre-K grad gift…I forget. She reminded me yesterday but, I don’t cling to 80% of stuff thrown my way during the day. Some toy she’d wanted.

Kindergarten Graduation: Playin 18 holes. putt-putt She loves it. Only been once. We have 5 million with 2 miles of our house. She sank her very 1st putt, 1st time ever going, 1st hole on the course. She puts a hole-n-1 down. Not a ‘gimme’ either. It was a good 40ft downhill grade. Straight shot. There were bumps to the sides. You had about 1’-1’ ½” of smooth green. She nailed it!
I should post some of her art. This kid’s a full out, for real artist. She can’t draw soing the training steps way. She just looks at something, or even cooler, she can pull something right from a memory, or what she sees in her mind of some thing. For instance; she drew some kids playing on the playground, right off of memory, or imagination. Then she’ll come up with the most artsy, coolest names for all her artwork the coolest.
Lemme see…nope. I think it’s at my mother’s. She named that one. “Children having fun in the sun.”
You’d have to see. Some of the stuff from 3yrs, even 2 yrs old is pretty amazing. She naturally held a pencil correctly. She never had to be shown how. I se adults, even doctors hold a pen goofy. Ya know, the 3 finger & thumb grip. All ate-up.

    ….aaaaaaeeh…I’m just 1 proud dad!
Sorry for those bored by hearing of other peoples kids. I’m kinda the same way. If they’re repping their 3yr old that can’t even say motorbike. Or listen when I tell hime he’s gonna get burned by rubbing all over the engine covers & shit.lol.. He didn’t. I, & my younger, but stouter bro, made sure to watch out while mommy complained of some ridiculous shit for attention. She should get all that metal out her lips & shit. That’s a start to feelings better. She starting to look like Russ cousin on Vegas Vacation.lol…

I'm saving for her high-school grad. Gotta hav her roll off in a fresh something very safe & dependable. In other worlds. A Ford. At the rate they're pullin on the competition, in every automotive aspect. The Taurus would be a sick college ride to keep a gal thinking on a mature train-of-thought.lol...<--reachin, huh. whatever I can do to keep her focussed on the ball. She's already talkin "polurarity" bs. yeah...that'll get ya plenty done in class. It actually did help me academically in a few ways. When I preferred "friends" the after footall-game parties, & anything but books.
    That ain't happenin w/her. guaranteed

Much thanks! I was never a big "kid/baby person". It's not that I didn't like them, Some of them are just frik'n brat assholes. ya know? & their folks just smile about it while you're trying not to choke someone out because they're screwin up your relaxing filet & dirty-mrtini. But, the 1st time I help that baby girl, my whole reason for getting up in the morning changed. Life changer for sure. 100% my whole everythnig, my family is. & she loves her daddy too. I'm everything to her for now. Thank God I am Superman.lol

                    Re: Daughter's Graduation Day!!!

oh. it's crazy once child enters the equation. Time goes to warp-speed. My beautiful baby girl is a little lady now.

A guy that helps me out with little this & that side-jobs. He came by for a chck & had another friend with him. As I walked inside, I heard him say, "damn 'HP's' in trouble. Bad." Then his friend, that's also a friend of mine, agreed, "yeah he is!." I stopped dead in my tracks thinkin, wtf are they taklin about?..It was my girl drivin by in the yard in her little Barbie ride. She had to jump out to greet the boys. Very polite, but she's already noticing boys. ugh...I ain't worried about a thing though. Any punk that'd think about sneakin my baby girl out the house in about 8-9yrs, +...til she's married.lol...it ain't happenin with her. There won't be one with enough balls to try it. & she'll damn well know better. Mommy says she's already talking to her about how important a kiss is, & when the time comes, she's gonna really try to get thru to our girl how important, & valueable, it is to both man & woman for her to save herself, like mommy did. These days, that point must just not even get covered. little tramps everywhere @ 14yrs old...
It is gona get scary, I'm sure.
