From fish oilo capsules? If so, put your fish oil capsules in the freezer and you wont have fish burps anymore. -

yea, i just take a mouthful of flax oil every morning and im good to go
im guessing if its frozen then it will make its way further through without deteriorating too early and shooting back up to your mouth? Either way, just the title of this thread made me vomit a little bit in my mouth...thanks!Comment

Flax does NOT have the same amount of DHA/EPA(omega3) as fish oil. Flax is high in ALA, which converts to omega 3 but the percentage is not that great...sorry you flax guys, hate to be a buzz kill..LOL...I take flax and fishoil...I buy the milled flax and throw it in a green drink . good fiber ,Keeps ya regualrComment
