makes you want to work out harder...that and nutrition is our best defense against the clock. oh ya, And how we deal with things in life. Some is genetics. Maybe some guys who have unreal genetics for some things have bad genetics for other things like aging. Maybe Arnold doesnt have good aging genes. In any case, we ALL will be there one day. yes, and some of the choices we make today will determine what we will be like when we reach that age. fugit, I think I will have some Krispy krmees

hes not really that old, 63...If he actually took good care of himself and started to eat good, exercise again and get good sleep he could still look solid. Look at Sly, yea he takes stuff but still.

I'm sure since he's out of politics he will prob start to do some movies again and get jacked again. HRT and GH will do wonders for him.

Ya, you would expect someone like Arnold to be looking better at 63.

When Tom Arnold was on Howard Stern in 2010 he said that as soon as Arnold was out of politics they would begin filming true lies 2...

I am sure he will be in decent shape for that role, not mr. olympia shape but solid shape for a 60+ dude with a series of serious heart surgeries and a bad case of man boobies.

Funny cause im hearing that alot lately, bout older dudes looking back at things and how thing are now. making big changes and trying to get some of that feeling back, changes like getting into better shape for #1 and maby try to slow up life that seems to be going by so fast. For me it's,..I dunno kinda really depressing sometimes. I mean really, things have changed alot and really quick since I was in highschool, and it does make you feel really old at times. yeah, 40 will be sixty before you know it ! just like 18 to 30 !
