Been working more and listening to the radio less, but this is a very significant event. I wish it wasnt significant. Unfortunately, this could lead to more trials against athletes. They may go after Lance Armstrong next and of course clemons. I think Bonds knew he was going to create massive trouble when he broke hank aarons record, but he did it anyway. Now he is tainted forever. His legacy would have lived had he retired before the storm. Who knows, but in the future if a pro athlete tests positive, they just throw his ass in jail. We just have to hope and pray for less government intrusion into our private lives.

The Bonds investigation and trial have been THE biggest single waste of funds in the past decade. In the movie "bigger faster stronger" he outlines the outrageous dollar figures spent and compared it to funds spent for the our last occupation of Iraq...and how long ago was that movie made? Years ago and the stupid thing is still going on...
Bonds maybe an asshole as a person, who knows but those around him, that being said I support him 100%. Before steroids ball players were using all kinds of things...Mantle was a huge stimulant user, Babe was a filthy drunk and snuf snorter...the list goes on and on but "steriods" are of the devil? What a filthy witch hunt...

His perjury charges were dismissed because Jury locked...they did fing him guilty of one count of obstruction of justice...he will get probation and no jail time for that charge...again WTF!!! what a waste of money and they can't even get a conviction!Comment
