I知 20 and about 5"2 about 115 pounds and skinny I started mma. And I知 looking some supplement to take. If anyone recommends a particular brand product within that brand for training mma reasons would be really appreciated.

find a good prtien source...there's alot, but i like innerarmor right now...nitropeak (i think). also, i've looked into "fighters food"...i'll try that soon too...looks goodHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

I like Inner Armor too for protein, it's loaded with all the goodies you'd need, tastes good and it's a great price/portion value. for a Creatine source I liked NOX-3 by Xyience just creatine/glutamine no caffiene, again great value and tastes good. dont forget a good multi vitamin. for starters those would be my picks.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
