(I cant remember if I posted on this or not)
A 90 foot cottonwood came smackin down on top of my house on april 3. We had 80 MPH wind gusts. I was in the house right underneeath where the tree landed. It did not crush my house, thank God. Not much structural damage, but I have to pay someone to cut it up and haul it off.
Heres the problem. My horses chewed the bark off the tree, which killed the tree. Now I am told that Allstate will NOT cover it if the tree was dead. What a crock o shit. The adjuster wont be out until april 17. What if the adjuster tells me he wont pay for it because the tree looks dead?...If so, he is going to have to deal with a very pissed off custormer
