Starting Sunday.....

i'm gonna be all business for the next 13 weeks starting on Sunday. I'm starting my cycle. No more mr. funny guy.

Also, to help out the board and newbies, I will be keeping an in-depth detailed cycle diary here on the board. I am going to post my progress, diet, supplements, cycle, mood swings, strength gains, everything from day to day for the entire 13 weeks. It will be a good reference for newbies & people who may not know what to expect. I may even break down and post some pics for you guys.....

LM, i told you i thought this is a good idea. there were some good ones at the old FB but that is gone. i did the same. it will be beneficial for newbies and it will help you keep track of things
