That's why I've never dug the deer meat. "You haven't had mine."...I know. Maybe so. I've had it "the best" at least 5 times. I just don't dig it. A little dry & gamey.

i got a buddy that mainates it in a home made thin bar-b-q sauce, then wraps 2inchx2inch pieces in bacon and bakes them until the bacon is done....OMG!!! that is THE onll way i like venison...that or jerky!!
