Interesting that you mention her. I brought her up last night in a discussion. I think there is a very strong chance she could run, but it will depend on Obama's approval numbers. Hillary very possibly could beat Obama, and possibly any Republican that would run too. It just depends how the voters are feeling, if they want more socialism or a return to capitalism. Capitalism isn't too popular these days with the increasing number of freeloaders in our society. I can't stand the thought of Clinton as President so I hope she doesn't run. I also think she would be harder to beat than Obama for Republicans.

Lol! Wow, that one got right past me...lol. I thought you meant Hillary.

We should consider how bad things went for Giuliani when he tried to run. He was attacked by the media for having so many marriages. Well, Newt's problem is much worse than Giuliani's.

I agree with 6p6. The Republicans need to find new blood. The likelihood of Mitt or any other person who has run before winning the election is not high. Mitt would have had a very good chance of winning had he not passed Romney Care. I think that one thing is going to hurt him bad. The Republicans are trying to run against everything Obama has done, and most importantly, Obama Care. Well, how do you attack that when you implemented the same thing. On top of that, he is a Mormon. Now I don't have any problem with that whatsoever, and some of the best people I have known and worked with are Mormons. Yet, for some wacky reason the hard right Christians do not think favorably of Mormons. Perhaps that is in the past and won't hurt him but it didn't fare well for him in 08.
