        Yep. Greatest book ever written. I cannot think of a book worth reading by everyone in America more than this one.

          It does paint a near perfect picture of our present times and what lies ahead. Ayn Rand is my favorite Author and Philosopher. What people should realize is that she grew up in Soviet Russia, thus she understands fully what Communism is and how a country ends up there.

          Another great book by her to read is The Fountainhead. This is just about is awesome as Atlas Shrugged, however is should be read second imo because Atlas paints the full picture of government intervention. Then a good short read of hers is Anthem. That one is similar to George Orwell's 1984, in that it depicts the future as totalitarian rule.
