Anyone here use Nizoral?

Thats fantasitic that it is working for you!I use Nioxin shampoo. I dont know if it works or not, but I still have hair so somethings working. I also put rogaine on my head..I never used Nizoral

I try to use a bottle of nizoral (2-3 uses/week), then rotate a bottle of head and shoulders. helps keep a clean scalp

Ive read some stuff online, where they did some studies with this stuff up against rogaine and ******** and it was better in a lot of cases then either. They saw new hair growth not just the fact that it helps prevent hair loss while on b/c of the DHT blocking. This stuff is my s from now on, expensive though. I paid like $10 for a 4oz bottle of shampoo.

Ive been using it for a few years, like 2-3 times per week. It is kinda expensive (better to get the larger bottle) but you dont have to use that much. I use a small amount and rinse then use another small amount and leave it in for like 3-5 mins then rinse. Ive still got hair so i guess thats a good sign. How often have u been using it?

Do u use a specific Nioxin shampoo? I know they have different types.

Ive been using everyday. I dont do the rinse though, just put it in and let it sit while i shave my arms n chest. Should i do the rinse? I know the bottle said that but figured that was for the dandruff.

Not sure if their is a big difference or not thats just what I have done. I think the main thing is to leave it in for a while.

But I don't need thicker hair, I need hair to cover the balding spots. As Billy Crystal said in City Slickers, "I'm losing hair where I want it and growing hair where I don't."

I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO BOTHER USING ANY OF THAT STUFF,I JUST SHAVE MY HEAD AS IT IS. I WAS ONCE DEATHLY AFRAID OF LOSING MY HAIR BUT I'M IN MY 40'S I HAVE A WIFE AND DAUGHTER AND I LOOK JUST FINE WITH A SHAVED HEAD.

Ditto to Chosen1 words. I'm wondering say a guy has about 50% hair and 50% not. Would a product like this jump start hair growth in the "not spot"?

I just wear a mullet wig when I want to have hair. Other wise I've been shaving my head since I started going bald back in da mid 90s.
