Same here mostly gang or tweeker related though. everybody has guns, heck when I go out in the woods now it sounds like war out there.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

We have two gangs fairly close by a few towns away, Bloods and Crypts. These are none other than teenagers with guns. Back in the day when you had the mafia, corruption, etc, the head of police was able to call the head guy and ask they chill for a while as things are getting out of hand.
