My dad passed away one year ago today. He served in both korea and vietnam in the 101st airborn. I miss him alot.....R.I.P pop's. i love you

Yeah man, you can always find solice in the memories. My dad died back in 99 and although our relationship was rocky at best we did put it all aside a few years before he passed and that makes all the difference.Comment

I feel for you dave. I know it's tuff.

No doubt. It is hard. I feel for ya daved. A year isn't a long time at all.
Its hard to believe my dad is gone. He and I butted heads a lot but when he was getting sick, I made my peace with him and I am glad about thatComment

Dave stay strong. My dad passed 5 years agao and I miss him lots. Just this past weekend my wife and kids went to visit his wife at 5 hrs away. My dad would have wanted me to keep in touch with her as she has no family. It was a tearful get together as we always end up talking about dad.Comment
