Re: What influenced you?
I have to admit that Fuzo has been a big influence on me. I have never had a problem with my weight, but have a always been "skinny". I now love lifting weights to get more shape instead of just doing cardio. Another influence was is watching my mom and sisters, who do not lead a very healthy lifestyle, and that has made me determined not to go that route.Veritas Vos Liberabit

Re: What influenced you?
I started bull riding when I was a kid and I started working out to help my grip hang on better. Been lifting ever since. They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.

Re: What influenced you?
Older brother by 10 years , played college football and was a gym rat way before it was popular to do so. I idolized him.As a little kid, I wanted to be just like my big brother. Am grateful that he took the time to teach me. So grew up working out. Had times in my adult life that I let myself get out of shape. The gym was always my salvation for turning my life around. Body, Mind and Spirit. My transformations in life have always begun in the gym. Thats my motivation right now.

Re: What influenced you?
When i was 10 i moved to a new town. The only neighbor kid was overweight and he became my friend. Over the next few years I blew up like a balloon. Weighing in at +200just before HS. All we did is eat and smoke dope. One day, I said enough is enough. Started going to the gym and I have yet to stop. In fact and i find it hard to believe, I have been training (weights/cardio/etc) for over 30 years now. Wow, 30 freakin years. Talk about this regimin becoming a lifestyle. Better than sitting in a bar all day
