You still doing shoulders on Saturdays? In a few weeks, i'm gonna change my routine up and will be doing shoulders on saturdays as well.

Also, you at bally's or 24-hour?

Yeah - still doing em' on Sat. I workout at bally's. Why, you gonna join me?
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Or you can just walk in and say that you work at bally's sugarland. I have a friend that works out with me on occasion and she does it all the time...

Whats the routine? I usually do:

                        front smith machine military press
                        upright rows
                        lateral dumbell raises
                        bent over flys (rear delts)
                        reverse machine flys (rear delts)
                        & sometimes shrugs
