    There's nothing wrong with the main bearing I can pretty much gaurantee you that. But it will most certainly have a bent valve or two. You'll need a piston, rod it could be bent also, valves,springs, and possibly a whole new head depending what things look like when you get it apart.
    What bike are you reffering to? If it's a 250f I would buy it for 4-500 bucks and fix it up.

      Sorry, I thought I had put it in there. It's a 2001 YZ250...2 stroke. I am starting to think it will be too much of a project to mess with. I may just hold out for something with no issues.

          I found an 02 400ex and the guy says it has something wrong with the topend...I got him down to 700.00. I offered 500. Should I risk it?
