If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
They do not have a Windows type operating system, they are Linux Kernel Google OS. Microsoft does make some phones but I have heard they are not that great. I have the Droid and it is my favorite, even over my old iPhone 3GS.

You can hack the Iphone4 to run the apple os and droid os (linux)
