Who's sick besides me?
Man, I'm like a 98 lb weakling when it comes to getting sick. 2 weeks ago my allergies were through the roof, last week my asthma was wreaking me, and the last couple of days I have a flu bug. I hate missing work and workouts, and my doc is prolly sick of seeing me. And I'm dying for some fast food...lol

Damn bro, that sucks...grab a couple 1/2 pounder burgers with cheese and a chocolate shake...seriously, load up on Echinacea...I cycle echinacea thruout the winter...like 3 days on and 3 days off -

i really never have...not since i was about 15 and i got the croup....before that i'd get bronchitis and the flu and all kinds of shyt. i really dont anymore. if i get sick it's a 24hr thing.....and i dont remember the last time i missed work!!!! i dont think ever for being sick! but now...becouse i've spouted off, i'll probobly get n1h1 this year or some new shyt!!!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

get some beta 1,3 / 1,6 D-Glucan. Now Foods makes a good one that sells alot of places. It works wonders. Now Foods makes a good line of Immune support formulas, check them out esp if you have been getting sick often. Plus, you should get some kind of a good green formulas drink or at least some chlorella and/or spirullina. I used to get sick all the time and i have bad allergies, but for the last few years I rarely catch anything and its gone quick if i do.Comment
