feeding neighbor's pets

Anybody ever had this fun chore?
Fun little duty. There has been plenty-a 'duty' too.

I got the awesome responsibility of taking care of the neighbors dogs for a few days. I think I figured out how to not walk into a house of poo over there. Get there before 5am. I was there at a quarter til this morning and it was so nice to walk into a, somewhat, clean house. Damn cleanin up that shit. So nice to walk in, feed 'em, let 'em out, and done. That was the 1st time it's been smooth like that since they left.

...typed this an hour or so ago. now that every living thing in my house has gotten up, ready for breakfast, etc, etc, etc....uhhgg...so much for easing into Saturday.

when I was a kid I used to sleep over at a friends house and in the middle of the night when I had to pee I would get up anbd have to walk very carefuly because there dogs had shit so much in there house it was disgusting.

ya i hear ya horse on the saturday morning deal... I have so many things to get done this morning and should have started on it about 2 hours ago. Now its 10 oclock and Im sittin here fokin around. Listening to sports radio. Now I want to go get the sports section and sit down and eat a box of cereal

Growing up, one of my best friends, actually, my absolute best friend, for years, had 7 dogs when I met him. I would put my shoes on to walk anywhere in that house.
I'm still that way though. I won't walk anywhere without something under my feet besides just socks. I slip right out of my flops when I go to bed, and my feet go right into them when I get up.

I've been racing the clock this mornin too, D. I gotta date with CBS at 2:00 sharp. shit! I need to go walk the bulldog. Then maybe watch the Bulldogs get walked.

Gadzooks, I mean, I suppose my house is a little cluttery, but man, dog shit in the house? Unbelievable.

yeah, Dzone. It's nasty. It sucks, but some folks don't really house break their dogs. Or it takes them a year to do it. I think the dog learns themselves in some cases. It isn't like these people leave the shit in the house, but if an incident happens, I damn sure didn't wanna step in it.
There are those people though. I've seen 'em on Animal Planet, that have a house literally slap full of animals with shit everywhere. and they just live in that shit. fuggin nasty!
