Black and Tans were loyalist troops that fought the republicans in the Irish civil war, between 1919-21.

It is half Guinness half Double Diamond
so half Irish half english

You can ask it in a Loyalist area of NI,
same with Bushmills whiskey which is considered a proddy's whiskey.
