Each state has their own laws on homeowners associations and such. I've researched them a lot here in TX and decided I wont ever move onto deed restricted land.They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero. -

yea, we used to own a property management company in florida...but that was alot of yrs ago and laws change state to stateHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
