Yesterday..Landed on a power pole and sat there looking at me. I was so fascinated. I started walking toward it and it turned and flew away. It was huge. Had a big square head and those pointy ears. I have a small orchard and I placed some plastic owls on some posts to ward off birds. I wonder if somehow that real owl was checking out the fake owls. Maybe he was looking to get lucky..LOL...Someone I know said he hates owls. That they kill cats and little dogs. Is that true? Have any of you ever seen one?
