i'd beat my kid with a fukin hammer!!!!

well...maybe not literaly, but when THEY LET HIM/HER OUT, that kids got an asswhoopin coming!!! i dont think it'll happen with my kids...i'll bust them in half if the law dont catch them...it'd really be better for them that if they THINK i'm gonna find out, light up the crack pipe, walk into the sherriffs office and give yourself up....they aint gonna beat you like i will. i believe, with 100% of my heart and soul, in beating the shyt out of a kid that needs it...i had the shyt beat out of me and i turned out great!!! i only want the same for them!

Meet myself and brothers.lol. I put "lol", but most of it wasn't a laughing matter.

I do agree, and have said many times on this topic with others. Parenting is the most critical in the child, and person that becomes. But, everyone has their own personaility, thought process, and intangeables that parenting can miss, and really, might not be capable of affecting.
    Very good point.

I truly don't like to talk about things like this because I believe you can talk things into action. I know...whacko huh...well, I just don't care to talk about it. Denial that anything's possible is not the issue. I am well in tune that anything can happen to anyone at anytime. But I'll be damned if my daughter sees the inside of a jail. Because that would fall on me. Somewhere I failed if she ever made a decision that put her in a situation that could land her in jail. I would damn sure be doing some correcting wherever I went wrong though. She'd see some serious "tough love". Strict discipline would be redefined.
    Ain't happen'n.

I agree, easier said than done. I can sit and talk about other parents and how to raise their kids but then again i catch myself doing the opposite with mine. I know...not good

    Our kids caught with drugs

What as parents right now what would we do. Let them sit or pay for them to get out. Do we give tough love knowing if they had to sit in a jail cell at 26th and cali in chicago a bad ass tough jail. Its a tough one tp decide. Do we get them home and take away things like car, computer, phone, going out with friends. I think I would probabaly let my daughter sit for just the remainder of the night and then get her in the morning. Then I would take away her car, computer and anything she really likes. And I know I can stick to my guns
Working...
