ok...i knew it was going to be a tuff racket to get into...mortgage brokering/loan origination, but i didnt think it was this screwed up!! the fed's just go WAY, WAY overboard anytime they get involved in shyt!! its amazing...i cant get the houses to appraise out. people are getting laidoff while i have their loan pending...its very difficult.

rookie mistake, like all business's it's a people business, u just gotta hang in and find the right peeps to work with, it's paperwork and timing, two things all people love, lol
my guess is frustration comes from peeps making promises and then excuses and more excuses and u end up finding out these peeps weren't on top of there shit 3 weeks ago
