Ok here as pic at my grade school reuniuon a couple weeks ago I was taking a pic with one of my teachers. I'll try and get a new pic with no shirt on when we go to the pool and then down load it.

Here is a picture of me about 4 months into my new routine. I was out for a while with neck surgery. I managed at the beginning of the year to shed about 15lbs and then got sick. From about mid March till now I have been staying at it. Me and the wife joined the gym about 1.5 months ago so I got to step it up a notch or two.
