I really appreciate your concern, thank you very much. I don't know anything about the guy, so it would be unfair of me to say anything about him. I was the one who made a mistake, no question about thay whatsoever, I just thought I could share that book with others somehow, without upsetting anyone or getting myself into trouble. Would it not be like lending a book to a friend?

Did you get the hard copy? I emailed asking for mine, but guess what, NO one bothered to return my email, even to tell me that I have made a mistake. Should I try again? After all, it's about $45CAD if not more.

Well, I emailed Mr G.S. himself, with all my charm I asked for the hard copy, offering to pay the shipping charges of course, I just got an email back telling me that a hard copy of this book is not available.....but......that is what I saw on the ad

Oh well.

If anyone wants some 'feedback' on this book, I have it as a word doc. just PM me.
