which music player

my ipod video died (it was old)

i just want a good music plyer for the gym and my car. i dont need video or apps (my son has the ipod touch, really cool but dont need it)

i am not fond of itunes either but what are the alternatives?

what would you get if you had $150 to spend on a music player?

My ipod dies a few months back and i picked up a Nano 5th generation for $120. I use it mainly for the gym and had a diffciult time finding a holder with a clip to put on my weight belt. after searching found iskin

havent ever owned anything but ipods...i have over 8000 songs on mine, havent paid for any of it

yeah but i have 10 gig of musci and want all the variety. if i can save $75 then thats all good i dont care if its an ipod or some no name if it works well
