If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I don't think it is just for publicity because it is not positive publicity. They have to put this out there because if they didn't, some yoyo would come back later and sue for some reason or another.
its not FOR publicity, its for good will...thats the brownie point they are getting. has anyone here said anything negative about mcdonalds? no...becouse they are doing the preceved "right thing". like yo usaid..they are doing it to avoid brain damage. the positive they get out of it is looking like a company that cares.
i wouldnt be affraid of these glasses at all...certainly cant harm you in a box full of peanuts stored in the attack for 15 or 20yrs before you put them on ebay!! and the amount found was minute...very trace. my kids are exposed to more arsnic in their water than the trace amounts of cadmium found in these glasses
I'm glad you posted this. I should've posted days ago, because it was just a few days after I read the title that I had to tell my mother-inlaw not to get one of these for my girl.

I wonder what would happen if you had one of your kids drink out of one of those glasses and eat healthy, and the other drinnk out of another cup but eat Mcdonalds everyday...
well, its also trace amounts that equate to nothing...its a pr move on mcdonalds part. they would have never been asked to recall these glasses. i wouldnt return them...i'd box em up and put them in the closet
