  • Post Tributes to Dead Veterans

Post your tributes to vets you've known who are no longer with us.
This goes out to my dad and brother.
Not real fond of going to the cemetery, but if I don't go out to decorate their graves this weekend, then nobody will. It still hurts. Maybe that never goes away. I don't know.
    God Bless America

Adam, I wonder everyday why it was you that day and not me. I love you brother and we will meet again one day. Rangers lead the way!
They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.

We need to show more sympathy for these people.

        * They travel miles in the heat.

        * They risk their lives crossing a border.

        * They don't get paid enough wages.

        * They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.

        * They live in crowded conditions among a people
        who speak a different language.

        * They rarely see their families,
and they face adversity all day ~ every day.

I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans ~
        I'm talking about our troops!
Doesn't it seem strange that many Democrats and Republicans
are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits
on illegals, but don't support our troops,
and even threaten to defund them?

Loved by some, Hated by most, but RESPECTED BY ALL
