    The Pill is 50!!!

    So we have had the pill now for 50 years. It ushered in the age of FREE SEX. SEX without consequences. Certainly it changed things radically in our culture. What are your thoughts on this???
    Has the PILL been a good thing for women? Has it been good for our society? Has it lead to more dignity for women or less dignity for women? Has it been good for families or has it hurt the institution of marriage?
    Please share your thoughts on this subject.

    My wife had the coil put in. It's permanent sterilization. She loves not taking the pill anymore. We decided 2 kids were enough.
    They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.

      From the experience I have had around women with the pill, it really messes up their hormones and seems to be a big inconvenience. My wife is going to try the Nuvaring, I think thats what its called, so we will see how that goes.

        depends on ther women but the pill has worked well.ivbe known a few women who still got pregnant while on it

            The pill for guys hasn't caught on very well...Thank Goodness!!!...LOL...and there is NO WAY I will EVER get a vasectomy. NEVER...I dated a girl once who insisted I get a vasectomy..hahaha..
