i've whinned and bled all over this board for a yr or 2, so when i finally have some good news, i thaught it fair to share!!! i started training to be a mortgage loan originator. took awhile for the guy training me to get his schedual set up too free up a few hours a day for training...i officially started monday. when the dude went to the john, i took a phone call, talked with the people, got an app over the phone and lastnight submitted a refinance for them. should be a no brainer for the underwriters, very strong credit with 40% down. i also started 2 other deal....sooooo....its going pretty well to begin with (knock on wood) i think this is going to workout great.

yeah, with your communication skills you should do great, most in the business are highly disorganized, it's alot of paperwork and if you can keep it all straight, and in the correct time line, ie, getting others to get there shit done on time, you should do greatComment

imho, you're organization is not bad, cause you're memory is excellent, how many times do we try and work problems out and the other party doesn't remember half the shit they promised or were supposed to do by xyz time, so i think you'll do great, you just gotta stay on top of itComment
