Kagan Under Fire for 'Segregating' Pro-Military Students at Harvard Law







The nation's largest conservative youth outreach organization charged Monday that Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan "trampled on the rights" of students during her tenure as the dean of Harvard Law School, and "segregated" students who sought to meet with military recruiters to hear about possible careers in the U.S. armed services.

ya know. People talk about our justice system and how efficient and effective it is. But when these different justices/judges are under fire and looked at with a little scrutiny, I begin to worry about how broken our justice system might be...and even worse, how it's turning out to be. When we have people on the bench like this biased little troll.

I read this morning that People are coming out and saying she is Lesbian...the coverup is going to be huge...Obama doesnt care about judicial experience as long as they are gay

Once the Supreme Court becomes a left wing majority the nation will ultimately be destroyed. These are life long appointments, which is ridiculous and always has been, but nonetheless it is the case. It does not matter who is in office when the Supreme Court has a left leaning majority because they will then continue to shape law from the bench based off of their progressive minds. How much longer will America remain the free country we have always known her to be? My guess is not much longer at the rate we're going. Fortunately, the two appointments Obama has made have little impact because he is replacing leftists with leftists. However, the instant a conservative steps down, we will be doomed. This is Obama's plan I am sure and he may succeed if any more judges retire while he is in office.
