The kid was 17 and an incoming freshmen at penn state..he called his dad during the game and said "Hey dad, Im going to run on to the field!"..what a dipsheet
The kid took a slide and they knew he was done running so the kid shouldnt of been tazed because after he slide he didnt move knowing they were going to detain him not taze him.
