I agree, part of the reason why I'm undecided.

It's the same sort of thing with High Speed Police persuits. People are always saying things like "The cops should just let them go" and "the police should have a policy of not getting into these chases" They cry bloody murder if an innocent person gets killed....

Yet what do they think would happen if police chases were banned? Every punk would know that if they steal a car and floor it, they're home free. When you cripple the ability of police to enforce the law... you make it like there's no penalty....
