Clothing business name???

I was talking with one of my friends this weekend about making money, having a business, etc....We are thinking of making up some designs and shirts and selling them locally to see if there would be any interests in our stuff. If it were to take off and actually turn into something, we would obviously need a name. So now we are throwing around names for this business. We started off thinking of names that were geared toward working out and bodybuilding, etc....But I decided that the name shouldn't be tied down to one genre of people in case it really did take off and we could venture out into MMA type shirts, or drag racing, etc....


Long story short, I am making this thread to list some names just to see what you guys think. I had a long list of some good names (they were all geared toward bodybuilding) but since changing the idea of the name, I have thrown some of those out. So anyway, I will try to add to the list maybe daily or something.

What do you guys think of the name "Distinction"

I like "distinction". How about "Diversion" or "Infinity" . Whatever you decide, the best of luck with it! Send us a t-shirt and we will advertise for you, lol!

I think we are going to do like 20 shirts and put them in our gym and another friend's gym and see how they sell. We also have a couple of younger friends that will wear them and that will be some really good advertising. It may not do anything, but for 30 bucks worth of shirts....I'll take my chances of it taking off. You never know!

Many things are coming together on this project!!! Actually, much faster than I thought they would. I never knew I had so many connections until we started talking about this business. We basically have everything we need to get started already! The one last thing (and most important) is settling on a name! We have a whole list of names and can't decide 100% on one. We are trying to keep it open to other areas and not get tied down to bodybuilding or mma, etc....


There is a local bodybuilding show at the end of May....we are hoping to have some printed up by then that we can wear at the show!! How cool would that be????

Getting closer guys.....we ordered 35 shirts to put our designs on initially. The shirts came in today. So we will get our designs on them soon!!
