Almond milk has a heart healthy lipids profile and is a good alt for those who are lactose intolerant. Tastes ok too if you mix some chocolate whey isolates and two ice cubes and blend it up!Comment

My cousin uses it and likes it, but for the price I buy the Rice Dream Vanilla, cause it comes in the half gallons and is cheaper. I cant drink milk because im lactose intolerant.sigpicComment

Yeah it's not bad, I have a couple of quarts in my fridge right now. I just dont like the taste and bloat of cow milk.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
