Indiana's Bayh Won't Seek Re-Election in New Blow to Democrats
In yet another blow to Democrats reeling from the loss to GOP Sen. Scott Brown in Massachusetts, Sen. Evan Bayh, who has been mentioned prominently as a future presidential hopeful, is announcing that he will not seek re-election.
