rearranged my gun list (Pistols)

Well as most know, I got rid of all my 9mm's and started moving towrds .45's. I had my Para built and it was my baby, but I was made an offer I couldn;t refuse and took it so to replace my prized 1911 , I now have a Springfield XD .45 and a Ruger P345 (.45) . Gotta say I'm pleased with both, but that Ruger sure fits nicely in my hand. Here are a pic of them:

wow!. Yes sir! That's a very wise trade imo. Awesome deal! Not that that Para wasn't high class, but you have a hell of a utility pistol in that XD, and I hear nothing but good things about those, and John Browning's products used to have my highest respect, which they still do. The man knew how to engineer excellence, but Ruger now sits right there with Browning in my book. Ruger produces products that function without fail, and function well in every aspect. Then Ruger has those great price points that make them that much more attractive. And, that "Made in the USA" sticker.

I have been thinking about that P345. I love my P95. Very solid pistol, and shoots great. Dependable?..It doesn't get any more dependable. So, I've been eyeing the P345.

Is your P345 the DC? (de-co cker)?

Yes the the Ruger has the de-cocker.

*Update*-- I shot the XD and didn't really like the feel of the gun(good gun though), so I'm trading it for a Springfield 1911 A1 in .45 that has been Parkerized. Should have gun in hand tomorrow evening

Have you got to shoot that P345 yet? Post up a report on it after. I think I want one.

I like a parkerized finish. My AKM is parkerized. Keltec does it too. I dig it.

I will let you know as soon as I shoot the P345- I can say, I gonna change the sights or add a laser
