Last night I did a class at the martial arts place my daughter and I go and we did this boot camp style training. Alot of burpies and mountian climbers,jumping jacks,runing and sprinting. And we did alot of plyometrics and jumping over 6 boxes 10 times each continously i'm happy there were people in front of me so I could take somewhat of a break while walkng back to the line,lol. Anyway wow i;m hurting today and feel like shit I really pushed it last night
