Snoring..Zzzzz..who snores?

Just caught a bit of Dr. Phil and he had a couple who have to sleep in separate rooms. Snoring is messing with their marriage. Dr. Phil is paying to send the dude to some snore center in Dallas to do a special surgery that stops snoring. That seems mighty damn extreme.

Anybody here snore? Would you let someone cut on your throat to stop snoring? Isnt there natural solutions to snoring? Have you ever been caught snoring during sex? Hey, it happens.

I peel the paint off the walls. And yes, my wife most of the time has to move it's so bad.

I would have gotten that surgery long ago if I had the $3500 to do it.

It doesn't effect our marriage, but my wife doesn't like not sleeping with me. and me her. But now she has 2 of us to deal with. Me and my boy Crasher(dog) snores like a drunken sailor too.

omg!!! you cant here me from your house??? according to boo, you should!! when i got that drunk driving ticket in 06, i had to go stay at some camp...the theam was how alcahol was a gate way drug to pot, then coke, then heroin and so on (stupid!!)..anyways, we all had to stay fri and sat night with NO PHONES, no tv...nothing!! we went to bed about 10pm.....well, sat morning everyone was whatever...we did the weekend...everything was cool...sunday morning we do breakfast, do our thing...at the end of the weekend, in front of whoever came to pick us up, we had to state what we learned this weekend...the first kid to get up was about 23, little skinny kid...he says, i learned that i need to drink in moderation, blah, blah, blah...then he said...i also learned if i'm spending the weekend with dave to bring fukin ear muffs...he snores like a mother fuker!! LMAO!!! everyone started laffing...one dude says "if i had known others felt the same way i would of said something...but i wasnt saying shyt to that big mother fuker without back up!!!"...then the girls, who bunked on the other side of the hall started in...needless to say, i was red

Fuzo snores so loud and it really disrupts my sleep. I usually end up leaving the bed at some point during the night. I would love to sleep through the night without leaving my bed. Loud snoring can be a sign of sleep apnea and is followed by bouts of not breathing but only the one who sleeps with you would be able to tell if that happens or not. There are things beside surgery to help this. My dad used to sleep with the c-pap machine and it help tremendously. Now he was just fitted for a new thing that you insert in your mouth before bed and it helps the problem as well. If you have sleep apnea, you never are getting the proper sleep and it is hard on the heart also. Seems to me that men get this more than women do.

LOL...hAHAHA...yep, I caught all kinda shit at a traINING camp and we slept in dorms with about 6 to a room. At breakfast in front of everyone some loud chick says "So I hear youre a snorer!!!!"

Yes, I have heard that the bigger your neck measurement, the more you will snore. I have used the strips and they worked. How bout that snore spray? then there are those mouthpieces. That would be hard to get used to. I would hate to have to use a c-pap machine too.

I normally don't but the past month my woman says I've been snoring bad. Im a light sleeper so I wake myself up. Sucks.

I am a HUGE snorer, sometimes so bad the I make my uvula (Not sure of the spelling, but the thing that dangles at the opening to your throat ) swell up and hurt. I would absolutely do surgery, just haven't gone to see a dr yet

i do not snore too often. however my wife, she moans and it drives me nuts. Seriously it is not a snore but loud moan.

i sleep like crap and snore my ass off. I have tried breath right strips but i still sleep like crap i think i might try and go get a c pap

The c pap does work. My dad used it for years and he never complained that it was uncomfortable. He also got much better sleep and just felt better overall.
