Welp,I'm 42, 5'10 and as of this morning 241. I'm around 12% rite now.I try to get stronger every time i set foot in my gym i have in my basement. I train cage fighters,mostly weights and conditioning, 3 of them are title holders since they got stronger.I eat and drink shakes like i was late for supper.
pretty much maintained 10% bf since high school at all different weight, 150-220 thru the years, at 35 went down too 180 and kept it there for 14yrs............injuries have played a huge role in the aging process
could be wrong, yet, i feel proceesed foods are becoming more processed and one needs to be more consistent with clean foods to get too your own peak
33 yrs young, 6-2 BF around 8% and down to 180 from 205 after a second back surgery 7 weeks ago. That is the worst, I lost all my strength it feels like and I still am in recovery stage so not going to be lifting heavy for a while. The first surgery was 16 yrs ago for a slipped disc and then I slipped the same disc again in Iraq in September and underwent surgery again. Next time will be a fusion so I hope it does not happen.
