it's a fact plighted area's good business's move to more lucrative area, and then people get restless
detroit has had zero job growth in 10 years, even during two bubbles they lost jobs, mfg started leaving in 1992 down to mexico, up too canada..........when you lose your main tax base it just get's extremely tough, smart children move to greener grass and you end up in a vicious circle unless you have some competitive advantage
