LOL! Sorry pally. Not at all. Some of the "Special Needs" people need to pay attorneys. Which is understandable. It's an illness, not a choice.
All I was simply saying was, some people are more comfortable paying an attorney, because they can rest easier at night knowing that 110% it was done correctly.
If you do it yourself, and you are not a confident person, there may be that err of uncertainty, and some won't be able to sleep for weeks. So that's why some chose to pay an attorney, and some save the dough.
There, how's that Big D? Better?

If I remember correctly, the EIN(Employer ID #) or Fed Tax ID is no cost to you. After you've registered your fictitious name (dba) with the state.

        Re: FORMING AN LLC

I would use www.irs.gov to get your EIN. File as a single member LLC in your case.

Then go to your state website and register with them.

You could also register your LLC and use your own pesonal SSN for tax purposes rather than requesting an EIN. Your LLC will still cover your potential "liability" issues and your taxes will be easier to do come year end. You'll complete a Schedule C with your personals.

You can do this on your own and def. save a few hundred dollars!

        Good luck
Ask yourself....why exist if you can't be the best? What is YOUR answer?
