  • Out of Hand Fans

So I go to my seats at the Jets game sunday and, as in every game, there are people in my seats. Not just fans, but Miami fans all decked out in their gear. No big deal so I give them a tap and tell them they're my seats and they scoot over a few. As a season holder, I typically see other season holders week after week and we get to know each other. So as the game goes on the guys directly in front of me and some others two rows behind me start picking on the miami fans next to me. You know, the typical team bashing that goes on as well as some stuff being thrown at them from all over the place. Well, Miami breaks loose and scores a TD and the fans next me stand up and give the typical high fives and start shouting at the jet fans in front and behind me. Pretty harmless stuff all together though. Now its the Jets turn and they score a TD. Now they guys in front of me are high fiving and yelling back at the Miami guys. Well, one jet fan gets a little close to a Miami guy and freaking slaps him across the face. The miami guy gets up and pushed the Jet fan so hard he tumbled down four rows of seats, no kidding he was head over heals falling on top of the people in those four rows. Before you know it, the miami guys were surrounded getting pushed, shoved and beer thrown on them. Funny though, after a few minutes, they all calmed down and went back to the game like nothing happened.

Now I'm as big a fan of any team just like anyone else. But to see these grown men get so upset over the game was hilarious. My son really enjoyed it as well.

OMG! People are freakin crazy...I think anyone wearing opposing team stuff should know beforehand that they could end up in a fight. People can get seriously hurt doing that stuff. There are some people around here who like to wear oakland raider shit to bronco raider games, or to sports bars. Now if they get thoeir asses kicked by some fanatic, well, they should know better. It is stupid that anyone would pick a fight over a football team, but it happens

a buudy of mine is a season ticket holder for the Giants. He and some frineds took a road trip to Philly to see that game. Philly fans are NASTY mean. My buddies weren't putting up with much either. However, with 5 minutes left in the game, security came and, in not in these words said, "you guys NEED to leave now or you WILL get hurt". They were smart a nd left

I do have to say, That's one reason I stopped being a season ticket holder. Philly fans get to out of hand with anyone. Kids, women, you name it. Now, I'm not saying all Eagles fans. But I remember several years ago, a kid about 10 years old, had a Deion Sanders Cowboys jersey on. A few fans starting calling the kid a f***ing loser, and telling the dad to raise his little "girl" correctly. etc... So, in this case, it was about, 5 fans. When they started cursing, about 500 fans jumped on their shlt and told them if they don't knock it off and leave the kid and his dad alone, they were gonna pummel them! But I've also seen fist fights, knives being pulled out, etc... Some chick wore a Phil Simms jersey when the Eagles were playing the Giants. Someone threw a mustard coated hot dog on it.

the best part about going to a game of some kind, NBA or NFL, you get to yell as loud as possible and cuss and get your stress out. Its good therapy. I love to scream at the top of my lungs for 3 hours. great fun...lol
