you know I used to sleep with one under my pillow.
Gave that up for the women in my life who didnt think it was romantic.
That Glock .45 is kinda spartan...so I got the Taurus in a nice rig for a dressed up carry.

See...I am a sensitive kind of guy that women can relate to.
And if there is any real trouble I can still Mozambique a crackhead in under 4 seconds.

I was eyeballing a G-21 for a back up 45 but haven't decided yet. I picked up a Charter Arms 38 snubby yesterday and emailed a guy on a Mini 14 today. I gotta stop buying these toys cause my safe is full-LOL

double taps to the chest would not put them down right away.

I too have an addiction problem...
I colllect guns and knives. pistols, long guns, pocket knives, etc.
my problem is no more room to put them!

ahh. I saw where it is(geographically) and couldn't make the connection, but right when you started explaining, I was thinking of the double tap.

That dbl-tap is badass. 2-rounds on point, and in a split second(as fast as the recoil brings the muzzle from chest-1st/rd, to head-2nd/rd)

I watched the story on NatGeoHD about those British Army troops that got nabbed by African rebels in the jungle. Those dudes they sent in for them were badass. They had 2 sharp shooters in the jungle for 5 days, slowly getting closer to the hideout where the troops were being held. On the day the British sent 2 choppers full of troops in, just over the tree tops to disguise the sound of the choppers until they were right on them, the 2 sharp-shooters had made it to the wood-line about 150ft away from the shacks. The Brits new when the African rebels heard the choppers they would have to move very fast. short version; the rebels heard the helos, and sent 8 men to kill the prisoners(Brit hostages). The sharp shooters took those 8 out from 150' each with 2rds. All 8 got dbl-tapped while running. 1 to the chest. 1 to the head. pop-pop, down. head shot is made on recoil.

The downforce wind from the helos blew the roof off the African leader's shack. They found him hiding under his bed. He had a diamond the size of a golf ball.

It was a badass story. One of the prisoners had his side-arm issue 9mm the whole time. So they knew what was up when they heard the choppers, and got to business as well.
Everybody made it out safely. Except most of the bad-guys. The African leader actually did the interview all shadowed out.
