Well I was wrong. It sounds like "7" will be the next XP for Windows. After 3yrs with Vista, I thought Vista was the 1 when it came out. But, common marketing sense would've told me that of course Vista would be just a flashy, not so great, bridge for their next good one. Which 7, after listening to people that have been testing it for months, is all that.
I watched a demo with it on TV just now, and it is cool. The gentleman showing it off, not a MS rep, just a gadget guy for a news station, said that 7 is indeed everything that Vista wasn't. And he's been running several different versions offered for the last 3 months. He said without one issue. Ran perfectly.
Welcome Windows 7. I'm not going to say the new cliche for "see-ya Vista".
